The project manager is sent to do a complete walk through of the project. Afterwards they inform the customer about their recommendations. Then they continue to do the necessary actions to complete the job. Whether the team has to do a full demolition or just a repaint, PSD does it all.
The first step taken during a repaint is to power-wash the area the team will work on. Then they reseal all penetrations necessary to prevent water leaks. The last step is to apply the paint. The team either matches the existing paint color or applies a new color, depending on what the customer prefers.
